Named after its sweeping river views, Blue Waters is one of the best known and best loved private homes in the State. A national sensation at the time of construction, its striking Miami inspired design remains to this day a reference design in books on Australian architecture. Late in 2010 when “The West Australian” newspaper published a story on Blue Waters on the website and in print, it was the most read article of the day.

Designed from the beginning as a party palace, the house was a hub of Perth society in the 50s and 60s, and following a careful five year restoration guided by the original owners and designers, it is now possible to experience the life of a stylish 1950s tycoon, one week at a time, living in Blue Waters and celebrating special occasions there.
